events & programs

Join us every Wednesday at 10 AM for Shake, Rattle, and Read Storytime! Perfect for little ones, this lively program features singing, a story, and a fun craft to spark creativity. It's the perfect midweek activity for giggles, learning, and hands-on fun. We can’t wait to see you there!

Older Adults Training and Services (OATS) offers a welcoming space for adults to connect weekly, explore valuable resources, and discover new topics of interest. Some sessions include hands-on activities, making learning interactive and engaging. Participants will gain knowledge on a variety of subjects, including those they may not have considered before, all while enjoying a friendly social setting to meet new friends and build community.

Our Care Closet, located in the walkway in front of the library, is stocked with essential items available to anyone in need, 24/7. We’re grateful for the generosity of our community to help us keep it going!

Items We Need:
🛒 Non-Perishable Foods
Canned goods, boxed meals, pasta, rice, snacks, etc.

🧼 Hygiene Products
Toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, soap, shampoo, feminine hygiene products, etc.

👶 Baby Supplies
Diapers, wipes, baby food, formula.

❄️ Seasonal Items
Hats, gloves, scarves, blankets, socks.

🏠 Household Basics
Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies.

Knit Night every first Thursday at 5pm

Genre Jumpers Book Club is every fourth Monday at 4:30pm

🧵 Craft Before Noon with OATS
Join our Older Adults Training and Service (OATS) group for Craft Before Noon, held every 4th Tuesday at 10 AM! Enjoy a morning of creativity, conversation, and hands-on crafting led by our program leader, Jennifer, and other guest crafters. Projects will vary each month, starting with sewing activities. No experience necessary—just bring your enthusiasm!
